**Terms and Conditions for Pumped Plumbing Membership**
Welcome to the Pumped Plumbing Membership. By subscribing to this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Non-Refundable Membership Fee**
The membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. By joining the Pumped Plumbing Membership, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. **Material Cost Coverage**
The membership covers materials costs up to a maximum value of $100 per service call. Any additional material costs exceeding this amount will be billed to the member.
3. **Hourly Rate for Extended Work**
The membership includes coverage for works that can be completed within one hour. Any works that take longer than one hour will continue at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated to the member prior to the continuation of the work.
4. **Out-of-Hours Service Policy**
No works will be scheduled outside of our standard business hours unless the situation is deemed to be an emergency by Pumped Plumbing. Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. **Exclusions and Limitations**
a. The membership does not cover:
- Major plumbing installations or renovations.
- Specialized equipment rentals.
- Repairs or materials required due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.
b. All services are subject to technician availability.
6. **Changes to Terms and Conditions**
Pumped Plumbing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
7. **Termination of Membership**
Pumped Plumbing may terminate the membership at its discretion if the terms are violated or if misuse of services is identified. No refund will be issued in the event of termination.
